Description
The Technical stat is a measure of a character's technical aptitude and their capability with tools.
The 'Tech' stat also governs how much energon is derived from a !pass with various Defense Levels. Characters with more Technical know-how take better care of themselves and/or their machines, and so regain more energon (fuel) from a !pass in TACS .
The chart below illustrates how much energon a character with a given Technical stat and defense level will obtain when they !pass:

In conjunction with Intelligence, Technical is also used in determining how effective a character is at conducting repairs on other players and vehicles.
Technical is again used in determining how strong a Science-type attack is.
Note that characters with a high Technical stat may face higher scrutiny when applying for Forcefield or Charge (at Charstaff discretion).
