Description
Usage: !refuel <target>=<amount>
You can transfer some of your own energon to an ally. This is also available during combat, but will take your turn. You also gain the ability to see energon status when you !evaluate a target, so you don't have to ask them how much fuel they need. Depending on your TECH score you will transfer 'extra' energon. If the target also has the refuel ability this 'extra' amount is not added, which is to prevent the two of you from executing the "Tantric Oroborous Mandala of Infinite Fuel," technique, a forbidden art from ancient times.
You can check the amount of energon you would transfer to someone via !refuelcheck <target>=<amount>
New and Improved!
Upgrades to the way Refuel works are currently in open beta. Anyone with Refuel has access to these new commands.
The new version includes a secondary fuel tank, and when you donate fuel to someone, the given fuel is taken from this bonus tank, and not the user's normal energon pool. This way, characters without ridiculous amounts of Energon can still be decent Refuelers! Characters with Refuel will also receive additional fuel to donate based on their Technical stat.
Commands:
!tank : This will create and fill your secondary tank. Currently this does not consume a turn, but should be completed at the beginning of combat.
!refuel :!refuel by itself will show you the status of your auxiliary fuel tank. Does not use a turn, since it's just checking a status.
!!refuel <target>=<amount> : Note that this requires two exclamation marks to complete. This will donate the <amount> of fuel to the target. This command consumes a turn. This does not donate 'additional' fuel to the target, it donates the literal amount you choose to donate. Bonus fuel is determined when you !tank , this replaces the old method of Refuel donating more than you give. Someone can only be refueled once per combat.
! tank <amount> : This will refill your reserve tank by <amount>, deducted from your normal energon pool. This consumes a turn.
Notes
- These are still in a testing phase; feedback is appreciated.
- If you donate fuel to someone above and beyond their maximum Energon total (not their starting total, but the 150% maximum), any excess is lost. Check with your targets beforehand to see how much fuel they need.
