Overview
- A Decepticon raid on the Hoover Dam is thwarted by Autobot forces. In retaliation for Autobot intervention, Galvatron destroys the dam unleashing a massive flow of water. The Decepticons escape as the Autobots struggle to halt the torrential floods.
- Sharkticons begin appearing in various locations around the Galaxy issuing cryptic messages about the end of the Cybertronians and their war. Each of these individuals claims to be the same Sharkticon before violently self-destructing.
- Quintessons open communication with Earth in regard to the Cybertronian occupation of the planet.
- The Decepticons recover Trypticons laser core from the Autobots in an exchange of prisoners.
- An ultimatum is issued by the Quintessons stating that the Cybertronians have 14 days to evacuate the Earth. By tracing the transmission, it is discovered that the Quintessons have built a duplicate of Unicron that they have dubbed Neocron. Neocron is moved to the edge of the Sol system. Autobot reconnaissance reveals a primary weakness in the form of a Slipstream generator, a device that allows Neocron to travel through subspace.
- An all-out assault on Neocron is launched. Nearly the full might of Autobot and Decepticon forces are brought to bear, including Trypticon and Metroplex. The Junkion CityFormer, Cinaplex, also takes place in the battle. The assault takes place over a number of days, constantly raging back and forth over Neocrons surface. Cinaplex is destroyed in battle with Trokius, as Neocron begins to transform. A joint strike force of Autobots and Decepticons assault the massive constructs transformation systems and destroy them, leaving Neocron vulnerable in mid-transformation. In the final battle, Rodimus Prime appears to be lost delivering a devastating bomb to the core of Neocron. Damaged, but still alive, the Unicron-clone escapes the Sol system and disappears.
- With the disappearance of Rodimus, Grimlock assumes command of the Autobot forces after Ultra Magnus abdicates the position. The Decepticons launch an attack on Rodimus memorial service.

- A Helping Hand - Fusillade gets an audial-ful from Jetfire over the ramifications of neglecting herself as he performs emergency maintenance.
- A Second Opinion - Fulcrum reexamines Fusillade upon hearing that Jetfire oversaw extensive repairs to her frame, and expresses his distress at her oversight. Socialist practitioners do not approve of Western medicine!
- Shockwave's Interrogation - Haven't seen a wholly creepy mentor in ages? Well the best thing to OBVIOUSLY do to greet him is to be in the middle of being questioned by DCI! Moral of the story: Don't let Autobots stick their hands in you.
- Neocron's Oceans - Fusillade and Jetfire assess the oceans of Neocron as a potential access point for weapons delivery. Illustrated!

Zombie Seekers
The Decepticons manage to create a zombie army, with predictably terrible results, by taking advantage of a few unfortunate deaths, and... engineering others.
- Fusillade Goes BOOM - An Autobot-loaned high explosive reaches its shelf life while its carrier is in the middle of a report. The Constructicons get to have an Easter egg hunt.
- Reconstruction of Fusillade - Scrapper successfully returns Fusillade's confetti'd body to life -- as the Air Guardian ghost of Christmas past.
- Jetfire's Shadow - A brief encounter over the Pacific with an aerial doppelganger suggests that some IFFs are just better left unknown. With breacher missiles, it's all fun and games until someone gets reanimated.
- Among the Urals - A simple visit to the Urals with Fulcrum becomes anything but when Fusillade has to control her undead appetite.
