Description
When you use an attack with the Vulnerable effect on it, the next attack that targets YOU will hit without error. Everyone in the battle can see that you're Vulnerable, as well. They are probably saving huge bombs and unlikely ramming maneuvers just for such an occasion. This is typically very bad, but that's why it's worth a 4-point discount.
You do not lose a turn from being Vulnerable, however, so it is at least better than the enemy targeting you with a Stun. Except in the sense that you did it to yourself and at least when stunned someone else had to spend their energon to make you that way.
Do not create an OC who has this effect on an attack in a mode that is already basically immobile. It will not fool the character staff. It is, however, good for attacks like "I kneel down to prepare my phase cannon" or "I spend five minutes at the end of the episode Forming Blazing Sword."
Strategy
Get ready for the counterattack. Vulnerable never fails and never misses. You WILL be vulnerable. Hopefully you have heavy armor or your opponent is already down. You may get off lightly if you use your Vulnerable attack when your opponent is already exhausted and can't do anything except kick you.
