In contrast to his normally calm and cheerful self, Scamper becomes cold, calculating and deadly serious when it comes to the security of Metroplex. Almost everything about Scamper, his daily routine, abilities and training, revolves around protecting Autobot City.Scamper is equipped specifically for intercepting threats to the city, and repelling attacks. In robot mode he is armed with a particle beam pistol. As a sports car he is built to negotiate the terrain around Autobot City rapidly, able to reach speeds of 150mph and is equipped with roof mounted electrostatic blasters. Scampers attitude and diligence towards protecting Metroplex can sometimes lead to a single-mindedness that gets in the way of other tasks.
