Decepticons within the territory are seen as hostiles, and Unaffiliated Inhabitants are protected. How do I change this?
Retoris is a city on Cybertron directly south of Iacon. Ruined and abandoned after thousands of years of war, the Autobots began rebuilding the city in 2033, with the hopes of making it a center for art, commerce, and knowledge not only Cybertronians, but for for all races and species.
Retoris is protected by natural defenses on the sides and Iacon itself from the rear. The front of the city is protected by a massive defensive structure, 'lovingly' referred to by the Autobots that defend it as The Wall.
