Terran Cycle: August 12th, 2034

I've begun to perform my routine sweep of officer quarters here on Earth and on Cybertron, to check for any bugs or other potentially harmful spying devices. Of someone else's, of course. I've tried to make sure all my equipment installed is in working order, but I'm.. I feel like I haven't performed this duty in too many cycles. Is it the never ending amounts of my workload? Or am I just slipping? No, this paranoia has absolutely NOTHING to do with the footsteps I heard outside my habsuite last night. Besides, the new infra-red module I installed on the camera lens should take care of that.

Where was I? Oh, right. I've taken inventory of our current sensor network, and it is found awfully wanting. Rodimus has tasked me with tracking down any information I can on Silas, but I feel I'll be able to perform both tasks admirably at the same time. I've enlisted Brainstorm's aid in this project, he is far more trustworthy than Jetfire when it comes to matters of security. While Autobot City needs minimal maintenance, Iacon needs a complete grid overhaul.

Terran Cycle: August 20th, 2034

I've twice met with Brainstorm so far, to upgrade the sensor array network at our current disposal. He's a.. likable fellow, which is hard for me to admit. About anyone. Ever. We are making strides upgrading them, though the work is slow and tedious. Does he have an ulterior motive? Is the dopey scientist routine just one to mask his devious plans? Even if I enjoy his company, I must remain ever vigilant. An island. To ensure the Autobot faction does not succumb to such vile trickery. Wow, I need to keep my rants and rambles to a minimum. Okay, so I also got the chance to meddle with Perceptor's cam-drone network. More about that in Red File: Silas and MECH and Red File: Blurr's Instability.
