Considered eccentric by some, a loon by others, DepthCharge is an often seen face throughout Autobot City. His approaches to technical projects are often 'out side the box', but when a problem comes along that baffles all logical approaches often he is the best person to call.
Noteable past achievements are both stealing the designs to and creating the Autobot's first spacebridge, installing working anti-gravs in an Autobot patient, building Apogee, developing a bionic ear drum for humans, and performing laser core surgery to split the Moonracer/Chimera personality. Possesses a unique '4 chain' inner neural CPU network of his own design, boosting his neural net processing speeds to astounding levels. Some theorise this 'prototype neural net' may be the cause of his eccentric nature. Others say he was nuts to begin with.
History
When the Autobots arrived on earth, they discovered that it was a completely different environment compared to Cybertron primarily the composition of the earth's surface, as 71 percent of the earth's surface is covered by ocean unlike Cybertron. So the Autobots concluded that in order to increase their Decepticon detection perimeters and to increase their exploration of possible energon sources some form of aqua going Autobot would be necessary. Thus the Autobot DepthCharge was created, whose primary function is as an Autobot Oceanographer.
