Dedicated to bringing fugitives to justice, Captis has travelled the stars working for a variety of planets. Is unrelenting when chasing a target, to the point of obsession. Is unforgiving of those who chose to run from justice. Originally from Nebulos, Captis left to take his skills out into the universe, chasing fugitives across the galaxy.

Aside from his quick-wits, is armed with a Particle Magnum that can stun fugitives as well as his personal short sword for close encounters. Can make use of his Strike VTOL, the Lady Justice, to quickly catch up handle chasing fugitives, equipped with an electroshock cannon.

His single minded attitude when trying to catch a target can sometimes make him fail to see other trouble around him.

History

Born on Nebulos, Captis joined the military right out of school, eventually serving for a time in the military police, his desire to bring those who broke the law to justice showing even in his early career.

However when his tour of duty was up, rather than re-enlist, Captis headed offworld, seeking to find a greater purpose there. Among the stars he found his calling, driven to bring criminals to justice he started working for various courts, bringing in criminals that had fled from justice. Eventually he struck out on his own, honing his tracking skills, and knowledge of the sorts of places people run too. While he accepted money for those he brought in, most of it went on either expenses or on actually getting by. What spare money he made tended to go to helping victims of crime in one way or another.

And so, this brings him to Earth, and eventually to the EDC. Afterall, the bounty on various members of the Decepticons could probably pay for entire planets, and more importantly they definitely need to be brought to justice.
